CreatiVisibility creates visibility for its clients by taking a creative, marketing-faceted approach to Web and print design with the goals of building a lasting relationship between designer and client through attention to client needs, by problem-solving in a creative, well-researched and cost effective manner, and by producing print and Web communications products that meet or exceed professional standards.

CreatiVisibility is a certified Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF) and is a Women-owned HUB certified small business in Wake County, North Carolina focused on serving corporate and governmental businesses as well as established small and medium-sized businesses. CreatiVisibility has meeting space in Cary and production studio space in Apex, North Carolina. Our Team

As a small, growing business CreatiVisibility is supported by a wonderful group of contracted staff. At the meeting office suites, Susan Denise and Ruby Griffin, will happily greet you for conferences and handle mail and deliveries. Lisa Gullette is the Creative Director, Sales Manager, and key Business Administrator spending the majority of her time in the Apex production studio interacting with clients and team members locally and remotely. Brandon Bouché serves as customer service, and production assistant on our team. Kelly Higgins, Mani Medina-Markham, Lauren Broeils-Norwood are creative design team members and also assist in design production..

Lisa Gullette is the owner and Creative Director of CreatiVisibility, a full-service graphics and Web design firm. A native of Cary, she has been a part-time freelance designer since 1988 moonlighting when working other jobs and started working in the graphic design industry in 1986. She has extensive experience as a Webmaster, graphic designer, and communications director. Since 2000, Ms. Gullette has designed and developed websites, served as a graphic designer / creative director, and for years 2001- 2006 was in charge of growing a communications program through marketing, print, and Web media for the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) at North Carolina State University. She opened CreatiVisibility, full-time, in January 2007.

LisaLisa Gullette's Biography

Ms. Gullette’s professional experience encompasses project leadership, technical and creative direction, production, and purchasing of public relations and marketing products. The variety of communications responsibilities range from expanding her clients’ visibility through the design of printed marketing products, to designing websites, to managing print purchasing for clients. As Graphic Designer she has created numerous original logos, layouts, and graphics used in hundreds of publications she has developed, and has created and maintained over 50 websites for clients. She provides creative direction, design production and technical implementation, and analytical problem solving.

Over the years working as the communications program manager for the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) at North Carolina State University, Ms. Gullette produced and/or directed a record number of press releases successfully gaining national visibility for the institute. In the last 2 years of her employment, she increased marketing 80% over the previous years, and increased media attention to the institute 575% over a 5 year period.

As Webmaster, she has built website architecture programmed HTML, XHTML, DHTML, Java Script, CSS, ASP, XML/RSS, JQuery, and created Flash video clips. In addition, she is experienced in accessible programming for clients needing to be compliant with Section 508 of the American’s with Disabilities Act, and optimization for search engine indexing.

Since opening her business in 2007, CreatiVisibility has become a "go-to" firm for transportation, engineering and technology industry clients, has helped small businesses grow into successful entities through creative and cost effective marketing materials, and has a niche working with event planners, which has been a specialty since 2001.

Community Involvement

Community service is important to Lisa Gullette. She started a monthly community service opportunity to encourage coworkers to donate to charitable causes such as Toys for Tots, Loving through Linens, Hurricane Katrina victims, local fire victims, the Ronald McDonald House, low income Wake County NC school children, local food banks/shelters and other causes while at NC State University. Since founding CreatiVisibility, Ms. Gullette has invested time into the Apex community while marketing Apex PeakFest by serving on the 2008 Apex Festival Commission and with pro bono website maintenance services while sponsoring the 2009 PeakFest. She organized and lead a team of 28 youth and adults on a week-long mission trip to North Charleston, South Carolina to rehabilitate three houses in one of poorest, crime-riden communities of Charleston. In 2011-2013, she has over 200 hours of time and talent to the NC Association of Festivals & Events to serve on the board as well as create registration website and marketing materials for their annual conferences. In 2012, Ms. Gullette volunteered over 150 hours to the Carolina Showfest event by creating and maintaining the event website and designing the printed program. She donated several hundred dollars to have it printed in full color for the first time in the event's history. Additionally, Ms. Gullette is involved in her church, Woodhaven Baptist Church in Apex in other local missions and donates to several local and national charities.

Education

Ms. Gullette graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Commercial (Graphic) Design with concentration studies in management, marketing and advertising from Atlantic Christian College (Barton College), has obtained a Computer Graphic Design Certificate from the NC School of Communication Arts, and routinely updates her skills self-taught or in the Webmaster Program at North Carolina State University. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the NC School of Communication Arts and serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Festivals & Events of which she has been a supporting member since 2008.
