These events had complete campaign materials including: Save-the-date postcard, web site with registration, informational brochure, pre-registration flyers, registration packets, sponsorship registration forms, final program, tote bag, and other promotional items such as bookmarks, pencils, pens, towel, beach bag also, large banners (vinyl or tyvek), mounted posters for meeting rooms or sponsors lists, and proceedings book with CD. Lisa Gullette designed and managed the procurement of most or all of these conference materials.
