Maintenance Plans
There are several maintenance plans available. If the specifications of the pre-made plans do not fit your needs, a custom plan can be built for you. Contact CreatiVisibility and inquire. CreatiVisibility does not offer copy writing services at this time except for design of tag lines and simple advertising messages.
eNewsletter Maintenance
This plan will be custom made for your business. This service is for you if you already have a generic template, need a custom template, need layouts done for an e-mail newletter services. Generally, I work under a long term contract which includes 12, 18, 27, or 36 eNewsletter layouts in the template. You provide the content, I format the layout, coupons, and images for electronic messaging optimization, and create a pleasing layout within your template or the template I create for you. I can also convert your eNewsletters into ordinary html and pdf that can be posted on your Web site for archiving and long term public viewing.

Web maintenance
Having someone dedicated to making your Web site updates in a timely manner is very convenient. It frees up company employees to handle tasks that they are expert in handling. CreatiVisibility can be YOUR WEBMASTER, experienced, efficient and dedicated to making your web content edits quickly. You can hire CreatiVisibility by the hour without a contract at $55 per hour or save some money by entering into a maintenance contract. Web maintenance includes text edits and web optimization of body area illustrative photos.Additional pages, buttons, features, animation/videso are not considered maintenance items and are charged by a higher hourly rate. Typical contracts are shown below.
The going rate for web maintenace elsewhere is $85 per hour, and discounted hourly rates are typically $55 or more. Below are OUR package rates until all a limited number of maintenance slots are filled.

Occasional Maintenance - $123 per year ($42 discount)
This plan is recommended to accompany the "Basic Web site Package" but can be purchased with any plan or stand alone. $123 prepaid includes up to 3 hours of updates within 12 months ($45+ savings per year) plus a discount of 5% on standard hourly maintenance rate for any content updates above 3 hours. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session.
Informational Maintenance - $294 per year ($36 discount)
This plan is recommended to accompany the "Informational Static Web site Package" but can be purchased with any plan or stand alone. $294 prepaid includes up to 6 hours of updates within 12 months ($36+ savings per year) plus a discount of 10% on standard hourly maintenance rate for any content updates above 6 hours. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session.
Dynamic Maintenance - $576 per year ($84 discount)
This plan is recommended to accompany the "Dynamic Visibility Web site Package" but can be purchased with any plan or stand alone. $576 prepaid includes up to 12 hours of updates within 12 months ($84+ savings per year) plus a discount of 12% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 12 hours. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session.
Active Visitor Maintenance 1- $1152 per year ($168 discount)
This plan is recommended to accompany the "Visitor Interactivity Web site Package," but can be purchased with any plan or stand alone. $1152 prepaid includes up to 24 hours of updates within 12 months ($168 + savings per year) plus a discount of 15% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 24 hours. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session.
Active Visitor Maintenance 2- $2304 per year ($336 discount)
with 2 payment options
This plan is recommended to accompany the "Visitor Interactivity Web site Package," but can be purchased with any plan or stand alone. $2304 prepaid includes up to 48 hours of updates within 12 months ($366+ savings per year) plus a discount of 15% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 48 hours. Any month may use any portion of the prepaid 48 hours. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session.

Contracted for 48 hours per year, but you can pre-pay in 2 installments - 6 months at a time for 24 hours of maintenance within 6 months, plus a discount of 15% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 24 hours during the 6 months. Any month within the 6 months can use any portion of the pre-paid 24 hours. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session.
Dedicated Webmaster 1 - $245 per month ($360+ discount per year)- NEW PLAN
This plan is recommended for the company with updates on nearly a weekly basis, but edits can be requested as needed. Terms include first month $245 prepaid, and each additional monthly payment is due 1st of the month and includes up to 5 hours per month for updates plus a discount of 10% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 5 hours each month. Unused hours can be carried over each month until the end of the 12 month contract. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session. Additional hours invoiced monthly. Great plan for: eCommerce sites, business and club sites with postings of meeting minutes, photos slide shows, frequent events, monthly specials, news, or sites with blogs and forums that need to be moderated occasionally.
Dedicated Webmaster 2 - $343 per month ($504+ discount per year)
This plan is recommended for the company with updates on nearly a weekly basis, but edits can be requested as needed. Terms include first month $343 prepaid, and each additional monthly payment is due 1st of the month and includes up to 7 hours per month for updates plus a discount of 12% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 7 hours each month. Unused hours can be carried over each month until the end of the 12 month contract. Minimum charge is .25 of hour per editing session. Additional hours invoiced monthly. Great plan for: eCommerce sites, business and club sites with postings of meeting minutes, photos slide shows, frequent events, monthly specials, news, or sites with blogs and forums that need to be moderated occasionally.
Dedicated Webmaster 3 - $490 per month ($720+ discount per year) - NEW PLAN
This plan is recommended for the company with updates on a daily/weekly basis, but edits can be requested as needed. Terms include first month $490 prepaid, and each additional monthly payment is due 1st of the month and includes up to 10 hours per month for updates plus a discount of 15% on the standard hourly rate for any updates above 10 hours each month. Minimum charge is .25 of hour. Additional hours invoiced monthly. Great plan for: eCommerce sites, business, multi-business, and club sites with postings of meeting minutes, employment opportunities, frequent events, monthly specials, weekly news, photos slide shows, events, product changes, or sites with blogs and forums that need to be moderated frequently.

Note: Any packages listed on this site are guidelines for costs. Prices are subject to change based on your business needs and are not guaranteed until contract is finalized. Terms are 50% of total cost due upon contract signing, 50% due upon completion, unless package states the amount is due as total prepaid.
