Package Benefits
Packages are a great way to save money, organize your marketing, print and Web site communications, prevent the last minute scramble and stress trying to find a designer or printer that has on opening on their schedule to meet your deadlines!
Package plans include every service that CreatiVisibility offers. The plans can be customized for your specific communications or campaign. Proposals are available upon request. Any packages listed on this site are guidelines for costs. Prices are subject to change based on your specifications and are not guaranteed until contract is finalized. Terms are 50% of total cost due upon contract signing, 50% due upon completion.
CreatiVisibility does not offer copy writing services at this time except for design of tag lines and simple advertising messages. We focus on good design and visually appealing layout of your "layout ready" text. Please consult the yellow pages for a writer or editor consultant to help you write, compile, arrange, and edit your text, if needed.
Print Packages
Print packages are usually custom designed for your unique needs, but a popular package is the ID package. Package pricing saves you money! Designing one peice at a time increases your cost due to increases in the time, consultation, paperwork and set up time involved. This is the case even if the overall design is carried from one peice to the next. For pricing by the piece, see the print pricing page of this Web site.
Logo and Business Card Design Package- $457*
Included in this cost is:
- Logo design (1-2 concepts, 2 rounds of revisions)
- Business card design and layout (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
Add $100 per additional concept for any piece above.
Identity Package Design Package 1- $675*
Included in this cost is:
- Logo design (1-2 concepts, 2 rounds of revisions)
- Letterhead design and layout for commercial print service bureau (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
- Envelope return address design and layout (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
- Business card design and layout (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
Add $100 per additional concept for any piece above.
Identity Package Design Package 2- $875*
Included in this cost is:
- Everything in package 1 above and the following:
- Return address label layout for service bureau printing OR layout to use with MS Word and Avery compatible labels. (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
- Address label with logo layout for service bureau printing OR layout to use with MS Word and Avery compatible labels. (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
- MS PowerPoint template background using logo (1 design layout, 1 round of changes)
Add $60 per additional concept for any piece above, $100 per additional concept for items in package 1.
* Limits on revisions and re-works apply. Procurement services of printing is additional cost and product printing is always an additional cost over design. Contact CreatiVisibility for an estimate if you wish to include these services.
Web Design Packages
These packages are guidelines for costs. Custom designs and proposals are available. An online presence can include more options and features than could possibly be listed. With CreatiVisibility as your Web marketing expert, we can sit down and brainstorm, discuss, and I can do your homework and legwork to find all the services you can imagine for your site. Your custom contract will include any ideas/features you wish to include.
Basic EVENT Web Site from template- $450-2000
Basic event site typically includes basic information similar to what would be included in a printed brochure or flyer. Graphics can be customized to fit your conference campaign but layout will be based on a template architecture. Site includes 3-30 hours project time, 1-2 hours of consultation, 2-5 pages, 2-10 graphics/images, meta keyword and description tags, and search engine submission. Shopping Cart: Cost for cart implementation and set up to work with your web site's informational pages is determined by your selected merchant account and third-party shopping cart's software flexibility. Your shopping cart is a third-party system. Cost for CreatiVisibility to set up and upload up to a 25 product catalog will run $350-700 in addition to the cart implementation and set up for integration of your graphic design or graphic banner, headers, and other graphic elements. You are responsible for set up of your merchant account for credit card processing, shipping, taxes, etc. and any monthly fees for the third-party shopping cart use, SSL certificate or hosting.
eNewsletter Packages

Also available is a custom application and manager interface to collect your mailing list, manage your list, and send group email eNewsletters. Call for pricing.
Campaign Packages
Campaign packages are custom designed for your unique needs and include several marketing pieces such as a Web site or event Web site, post card, brochure, print registration package, booklet or catalog, etc. We can combine the Web design and Web maintenance package with a print package as needed.
